Your customer service rep was extra ordinarily emphatic in dealing with a problem not of your making. One bottle of a five bottle order was broken in delivery. I spoke with a wonderful lady who immediately got the broken bottle in mail. My wife loves your product and now she is impressed with your employees'. You now have customers for life. One thing I will say that needs improvement is that I cannot find it ANYWHERE here. I live near Eugene Oregon. Please send more to our stores!
